I have problems with the neighbors who live above my apartment, when they are at home they don't even stop for a quiet moment, they walk around all the time, the problem is that these wanderings are taking away my success, my peace and tranquility, because they don't know how to walk with delicacy, they walk as if they were going to pierce the ground, they tread hard with their heels.
This happens all the time when they are at home (both during the day and at night), I try to imagine what they do so much, the worst thing is that I have to wake up at the same time as them at 4:30 in the morning and that's it. even on weekends, because when they wake up it's impossible not to be bothered and not wake up with the noise, my psychological has already adapted to the schedule. I already informed them about the inconvenience caused and the memos did not take me seriously and made the noise worse, I already informed the condominium and so far nothing has been resolved.
I would like you to help me on how to resolve these issues, what could I do about it? How is a noise that only reaches my apartment, because the sound is generated only inside my apartment, what to do and how to act?
